Call for Abstract

General Guidelines for Abstract Submission 

 
1. Language 

• Abstracts must be written in English.
• Use clear, concise, and scientific language.
• Avoid jargon, uncommon abbreviations, and grammatical errors.

2. Word Limit 

•  The text should not exceed 300 words 

3. Abstract Structure 

• Topics: Clinical , Basic, Translational
• Scientific Abstracts must be include Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.

4. Authors and Affiliations 

• List all authors in the correct order. Provide institutional affiliations (department, institution, city, country)

5. Submission Process

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the congress submission system below
• Respect the submission deadline
• After submission, edits may not be allowed

10. Review and Acceptance

• Abstracts are peer-reviewed
• Acceptance may be for: Oral presentation or Poster presentation
• The scientific committee’s decision is final

• Prior Publication and Presentation - The data in the submitted abstract cannot have been published or presented at another international scientific meeting
• Number of Abstracts - Authors can submit an unlimited number of abstracts. 
• Number of Authors - There is no limit on the number of authors on an abstract. 
• MEETING REGISTRATION AND PRESENTATION REQUIRED An author of the abstract is required to register and present in person at the meeting 
• Fees Abstract submission is free
